We have just had a long weekend and decided to not go away as it was just going to be to cold, so as a compromise went on a couple of day trips. The beautiful gum tree photo was taken at Worlds End Creek that is about 25 kms from Burra. It was a lovely sentimental journey for us all as a family as we used to go camping there and our children had been camping there with their Grandparents. Our son enjoyed introducing his new baby son to all his favourite memorable places, but at 4 weeks old I dont quite know how many of those he will remember!! We are so lucky in S.A. to have so many beautiful spots that are not that far from Adelaide.
